How Exercise Improves Your Mood!


Fitness is great. It improves your mood and your health. Usually people who don’t work out are slower and not as energetic. I learned that naturally within thirty minutes you can improve your mood and make it a better day. I remember that i was really frustrated with people and couldn’t it any more, so i went on the treadmill and put the speed up really high and just ran. At the time it was thirty minutes I felt more relaxed and calm.  I learned that the reason why you feel this way is because physical activity stimulates chemicals in the body that leave you feeling more relaxed and happier. The most amazing thing is that it can replace pills and prescriptions from the doctors office.
